I   Quality
1、Our company are strictly in accordance with ISO9001 and conforming to standards of  ANSI、API、JIS、DIN、BS、NF and GB for the design、production、testing to make sure reliable quality and stable capability.
2、The warranty period is 18 months from the date of arrival or 12 months from the date of installation, subjecting to the earlier due date. If there are any quality problems under the guarantee, our company is responsible to mend and be on approval and pays for the delivery. Beyond the guarantee, we only charge the cost for mending.

II   After-sale Service
1、 Every product is enclosed with an instruction when leaving factory. If required by customers or stipulated as contract that products should be inspected or installed in the place of customer’s or on the spot. Or we provide skill training including theory, technical operation and maintenance in the requirement of customers.

2. Giving a reply within 2 hours and make a solution

b)  Arriving in local within 24 hours(the site which already have set up dealers、service network、allowable traffic)
c) If it’s quality problem, our company is charged with service charge ; if not, customers charged with it.
d) Because of customers’ wrong purchasing, our company allows customers to change other products on basis of the actual situation
3、Paying a return visit regularly, keep aware of the product usage and customer’s demand.
